6. Check the outside for wood rot or peeling paint. If you have either, repair the wood and repaint.
7. Clean out flowerbeds. Plant some kind of blooming flowers.
8. Mow and rake the yard and keep it that way.
9. Get the whole family to help keeping the house clean and picked up.
10. Keep the home in showable condition 24 hours a day. The day you aren’t ready is the day someone will want to see your home.
